Last year I purchased a set of pom pom makers to be able to make Pom Pom accents on woven baskets for my sister-in-law to store yarn for her crochet hobby.
It turned out so cute that I made a couple for my sister as well.
Then for Easter I made smaller pom poms and stuck them on top a long skewer and used them as a cake topper and as a “floral” arrangement.
I ran out of time last year during the holiday season but this year I’m going to try and make small pom poms to use as gift wrapping decorations. On a side note tassels are another fun and easy decorative yarn craft.
